Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into electronically between WeblioHub as the service provider/seller and the buyer who completes the checkout form and purchases a paid service through webliohub.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of WeblioHub digital services, including website widgets, AI chatbot support, Shopify product sync, product reviews, newsletter forms, contact messages, cookie consent tools, subscriptions, and add-on packages selected during checkout.

3. Product, Price, and Payment Information

The selected package name, duration, price, discount if any, total payable amount, buyer information, and payment method are shown in the Payment Confirmation step before payment. By proceeding with payment, the buyer confirms that these details are accurate and accepted.

4. Delivery and Service Activation

WeblioHub services are digital services delivered electronically. After successful payment confirmation, the selected subscription or add-on is activated in the user's account as soon as technically possible. No physical shipment is made.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation and refund requests notified within 3 calendar days of the payment date are reviewed under WeblioHub's Cancellation and Refund Policy and, if eligible, refunded. Because the services are digital and may start immediately after payment with the buyer's approval, withdrawal and refund rights may be limited by applicable digital service exceptions. Statutory consumer rights are reserved.

6. Buyer's Responsibilities

• Providing complete and accurate account, billing, and contact information during checkout.
• Using WeblioHub services in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable laws.
• Keeping account credentials secure and preventing unauthorized use.

7. Provider's Responsibilities

WeblioHub provides access to the purchased digital services, maintains the platform with commercially reasonable care, and offers support through the published communication channels.
