7. Limitation of Liability

WeblioHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
