Chatbot Setup

Add an AI-powered chatbot with training documents and live operator handoff to any website. Free on every plan.

1. Create the widget

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Chatbot and click Create. A unique script_id is generated.

2. Configure design & behavior

• Design — primary color, position (bottom-right / bottom-left), avatar, online indicator.
• Texts — widget title, welcome message, online/offline status texts, pre-chat form labels.
• Pre-chat form — ask for name, email, phone before the conversation. Session lasts 24 hours.
• AI replies — enable Gemini or OpenAI replies for anonymous and logged-in visitors.

3. Train the AI (optional)

Upload PDF / TXT / DOCX training documents from the AI Training tab. The bot grounds answers in your own content and is protected against prompt-injection.

4. Add allowed domains

Add the domains where the widget is allowed to load. Requests from any other domain are rejected. Domain count depends on your package.

5. Embed the script

Copy the snippet from the Setup tab and paste it just before the closing </body> tag:

6. Verify

Open your site, click the chat bubble, send a message and check Dashboard → Messages. Last 100 messages are cached in localStorage for returning visitors.

Data retention

Free plan: chat messages are cleared daily. Paid plans: messages are kept for 10 days.
