Contact Form Setup

    Collect inquiries from your visitors with a fully customizable contact form. Submissions are emailed to the address you choose and also saved to your dashboard.

    See how to set up the form, choose its fields and add it to your site.

    1. Create the widget

    Dashboard → Settings → Contact Form → Create. A unique script_id is generated.

    2. Customize the form

    • Recipient email (required) — where submissions are delivered. Without it the form will not save.
    • Field labels — name, email, phone, subject, message — all labels are editable.
    • Success / error messages — customize what visitors see after submission.
    • Design — colors, button style, layout (inline / modal / floating).

    3. Add allowed domains

    Only domains in your allowlist can render and submit the form. This blocks spam and abuse.

    4. Embed the script

    Copy the exact code from Settings → Contact Form → Setup. Place the <div> where the form should appear (for example your contact page); without it, the form appears where the script is placed.

    5. Receive submissions

    Every submission is sent to your recipient email AND saved to Dashboard → Messages. You'll also get a browser push notification if you've enabled them.
